Agreement for Hiring Motorbike:

1. That it is simply renting out of motorcycle and it would not change ownership of the vehicle.

2. The rider would take care of the vehicle to its best ability and shall be liable for its  major defects.

3. That the rider would be entirely responsible for any act of accident done by the vehicle during the period it is in his custody.

4. That the rider undertakes not to use the motorcycle for any act not permissible by law, in that case it would be the sole responsibility of the hirer/rider to face the consequences.

5. That any violation of the traffic rules shall be the sole responsibility of the hirer/rider.

6. That in case the vehicle is impounded the rent of the vehicle during that period would be the liability of the rider.

7. The liability of the rider would not be over and discharged unless and until the vehicle is delivered to the rental company.

8. That this agreement is terminated at the desire of the rental company and in that case the rider has to surrender the motorcycle immediately.
