I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for planning a great time for the family vacation. Please see below my feedback on the trip and hope it will be constructive for you.The guides and the driver were excellent. We had a great time with them. They were prompt and accommodating to the request of the family. The van was accommodating and comfortable. All the hotels suggested were excellent. The accommodations and the meals were very good at all the hotels. The check in process was excellent! No waiting at all…the staff were ready for our arrivals and the keys for the rooms were promptly dispatched. Overall the family had a great time in Sri Lanka!

Dear Mukesh, Thank you so much for our great holiday. Everything went really smoothly and we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed everywhere we stayed & everything we saw. The Pachyderm Palace in Wayanad was a real joy, so thanks very much for sorting that out for us Special thanks for Prathap, our wonderful driver. As well as being a great driver, his local knowledge is excellent – we learned a great deal from him – and he was great company. He added so much to our enjoyment. The car was really comfortable. Could you please pass on our thanks to Prathap, as well as an apology: we wanted to ‘phone him the day we left, but we left the hotel very early & couldn’t find a ‘phone at the airport.
